Total due in 15 days, or as otherwise stated. Overdue accounts subject to a service interest charge of 15% of remaining balance per month. Items left unpaid and in possession of Swamp Technology after 31 days and after “above and beyond” attempts to have item(s) returned to customer shall be considered abandoned and will be turned over to legal authorities. A definition of items includes but is not limited to: Computer, computer parts, customer’s personal belongings, and anything previously or currently owned or possessed by the customer.
Swamp Technology is not responsible for lost or stolen items from premises that may belong to the customer.

Swamp Technology is not responsible for “broken” items that have been broken or damaged but the customer or related/non related parties prior to or during servicing due to stupidity, negligence or acts of God or any other circumstance stated by any legal representative of Swamp Technology. Items previously broken or damaged that are not fixable under scope of service shall be returned to the customer broken or damaged. Swamp Technology reserves the right to change or alter these practices and terms, without argument, at will or by the discretion of its owners, employees and affiliates. Under this contract, customer agrees Swamp Technology or its owners, affiliates or employees cannot be sued on behalf of any issue or liability.
